Our Process

Our consultative process begins with a comprehensive review of your current group insurance package, including: group health, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental insurance plans. A current employee census, plan information, and written authorization instructing your insurance providers to release information to us are necessary at this stage.

By asking focused questions, we learn about your employee needs and demographics, workforce characteristics, corporate mission, and employee attraction and retention goals. This information is vital to designing the optimum benefits package for your company.
