David S. Coult is an independent
Certified Financial Planner™ certificant. He brings to his clients
a background in employee benefits, insurance, estate planning, investments,
and pension planning. Dave’s philosophy of practice focuses on educating
his clients about financial matters and truly partnering with them over
their lifetime in order to help clients accomplish their financial goals.
Dave’s strength lies in advising business
owners, executives, and retirees on the unique challenges they face. This
involves key areas such as the design and implementation of qualified retirement
plans and group health insurance programs, investment management, executive
benefits, estate planning, and issues of business continuity. As a CFP®
professional, Dave is able to integrate these many facets of business management
to provide specific strategies that can reduce tax and insurance costs,
retain vital employees, and secure long term business goals.
A native of Berks County and a graduate of Salem
Christian School, Dave studied locally at Muhlenberg College and earned
his Bachelor’s Degree from Bethel College in Saint Paul, Minnesota
in 1996. Dave continued his education in financial planning at the American
College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. As well as being a CFP® certificant,
he is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and a Chartered Financial
Consultant (ChFC®). These designations reflect professional competence
in the areas of investments, income taxation, insurance, retirement planning,
employee benefits, and estate planning. They also demand adherence to a
code of ethics and continuing education requirements. Dave also has his
general securities license and is a Registered Representative and Investment
Advisor Representative of Hornor, Townsend, and Kent, Inc.*
Prior to owning his own practice, Dave worked as
an employee of The Dunlop Group in Wyomissing. Dave also spent more than
three years as an agent with New York Life Insurance Company, where he was
named Rookie of the Year, and was a member of their Executive Council. Prior
to his experience there he was an advisor with Karr Barth Associates, a
Bala Cynwyd branch of AXA Advisors.
Dave was recently recognized by The Eastern Pennsylvania
Business Journal as one of their “20 under 40”; one of twenty
local up and coming business executives. Dave is a member of both the Berks
County Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh
Valley.
He is also active in a number of community organizations including Rotary
International, the Tulpehocken Chapter of Trout Unlimited,The Lorax Foundation,
and the Berks County Conservancy.
Dave maintains his residence in Limeport, Pennsylvania,
with his wife Mary and their three sons; Benjamin, Nathanael, and John.
Mary is a physician, working in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lehigh Valley
Women’s Medical Specialties P.C. in Allentown. Dave’s hobbies
include fishing, camping, and flying. He particularly enjoys fly-fishing
on many local streams.
David W. Abert is a licensed
insurance professional and is our Manager of Business Development. He has
also earned a designation as a Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management
(PAHM) and is in the process of earning his Managed Healthcare Professional
credential. Dave is the newest member of our team and brings to the firm
over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree
from Bloomsburg University in Business Economics in 1985. He began his career
as a Claims Adjuster in Home and Auto insurance. In the mid 1990’s
he moved to a sales capacity and began assisting clients with the evaluation
and implementation of benefit packages to help attract and retain employees.
Dave joined Keystone Health Plan Central
in 1996 charged with retaining and expanding membership in the HMO product.
His success quickly led to an Account Executive position. Dave moved to
Capital Blue Cross in 2001 where he worked primarily with large groups to
create custom benefit solutions through direct sales and also working with
the broker community. Dave’s twelve year career as an Account Executive
with one of the area’s top rated insurance companies gives him a unique
edge in the employee benefits field. He has extensive knowledge of how insurance
plans are designed to work, the ability to collaborate with business owners
and managers to design benefit packages that will provide the best value
for both his clients and their employees, a high level of energy, and a
positive attitude that inspires trust and confidence in his experience and
expertise.
Dave resides in Allentown with his wife,
Susan, an elementary school teacher, and their son and daughter. He is involved
in his community as a Youth Soccer Coach, volunteer PREP teacher and active
member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and Greater Reading
Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dave enjoys spending time outdoors in
the yard and garden with his family. He is also an avid sports fan, especially
the Philadelphia sports teams.
Daniel T. Banks is a licensed
financial advisor who has been working in the financial services industry
for over eight years. Dan’s experience spans all facets of financial
planning, including insurance, investments, and estate planning. Dan’s
strength lies in taking very complicated financial concepts and conveying
the information to his client’s in very understandable terms.
Dan earned his bachelor’s degree from
Kutztown University in 1995. He spent several years travelling the country
as a sales representative for Protective Coating Company of Allentown, PA
prior to entering the financial services field in 2000. Dan spent the first
five years of his career as a representative of The Guardian Life Insurance
Company. There he earned honors as a “Million Dollar Round Table”
producer. In 2005 he entered the banking world as an advisor and gained
valuable experience there.
Dan currently resides in Mertztown, PA. His
two children, Corrina and Jakob, attend school at Brandywine Heights area
school district. He enjoys spending time with his kids, golfing, reading
and mountain biking.

Angela M. Kelleher is a
licensed insurance professional. She specializes in assisting clients with
the management of group benefits, including employee education, enrollment
change management and claims resolution. Angela believes the key to retaining
clients is a high level of service and personal attention.
Angela grew up in Philadelphia and earned
her Bachelor’s Degree from Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
She then spent five years working for Dana Corporation, a major parts supplier
to the automotive industry, where she specialized in customer relations.
She spent two years working as an account manager in Dearborn, Michigan
where she negotiated product pricing between Dana Corporation and Ford Motor
Company for the 2002 Ford Expedition light truck frame assembly. Her experience
in the automotive industry prepared her well for negotiating with insurance
companies!
Angela moved back to Pennsylvania in
2004. She lives in Breinigsville with her two children, Steven and Julia.
Angela enjoys spending time with her children and family, and participating
in local charity events.

Prior to joining Milestone,
LeAnn M. Hines worked in the Accounting field for ten years. She ran Housing
Development Grants for several counties in her hometown state of Florida.
While administering these grants she assumed many responsibilities, including:
the application process, community meeting, contractor bids, accounts receivable,
accounts payable and maintaining the budget records for the counties and
state departments. The diversity of her work experience has allowed LeAnn
to develop strong accounting, organization, and customer service skills
which she uses in her current position assisting our investment clientele.
LeAnn believes that a successful business relies on the entire staff working
as a team to meet the customer’s needs.
LeAnn moved to Pennsylvania in 2003. She lives
in Allentown with her husband, who is a Macungie native, and two young daughters,
Kristen and Kylie. LeAnn is a member of Bible Baptist Church in Breinigsville.
She enjoys spending her free time with her family.

Lori E. Moser is a licensed
insurance professional and and has been serving insurance clients in the
greater Lehigh Valley area for more than seven years. She joined Milestone
from another large agency where she worked in a similar capacity. Lori recently
earned the prestigious CBC (Chartered Benefit Consultant) designation. She
is extremely personable and has experience supporting the group benefit
plans of human resource managers, business owners, and their employees.
Lori is very knowledgeable in the areas of claims adjudication, billing,
and enrollment. Her diligence allows our clients to focus on running their
businesses rather than on the administration of their benefits.
Lori owns a home in Emmaus, Pennsylvania.
She is a graduate of Emmaus High School where she was active on the swim
team as well as track and field. Lori enjoys spending time with her two
children, friends and family. Lori also enjoys going to the beach, camping,
snowboarding and most other outdoor activities.

LeeAnn Moyer is the
newest member to join the Milestone Financial team and brings with her 30
years of client service experience. She comes to Milestone from a large
commercial insurance firm in the Lehigh Valley where she held many positions
including Senior Account Manager, Underwriter, and Claims Representative.
LeeAnn’s diverse experience in all aspects of client service, as well
as her strong organizational and computer skills, is a tremendous asset
to clients.
LeeAnn strongly believes that enthusiastically
meeting customers’ needs should be the number one priority of any
business. She has dedicated her career to providing the highest level of
service possible. She brings that passion and experience to every client
interaction and looks forward to learning about our customer needs and delivering
a unique, hassle free experience to each and every client.
LeeAnn resides in Northampton with
her husband John. Their daughter, Jennifer, recently graduated from Kutztown
University with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education
and is teaching first grade.
